Fastator’s shareholding generally amounts to between 10 and 50 per cent and at least MSEK 50 per investment. There is no pronounced exit strategy. Instead, the company evaluates the portfolio regularly from an active ownership perspective.
As a rule, Fastator makes two types of investments: active investments and financed projects/joint ventures.
Fastator becomes long-term owner in a company and lends its capital, market expertise, business contacts and skills in financing issues to contribute to the investment’s appreciation in value.
Fastator steps in to finance real estate projects. Our expertise in this regard lies primarily in identifying attractive investments and finding creative financing solutions. Projects are financed together with a partner who oversees the operational management, while Fastator lends its expertise and capital.
