REHACT: Stockholm Innovation and Growth uses option

Stockholm Innovation and Growth (STING) has notified the company that it intends to subscribe for 361,407 shares through the warrant STING holds in REHACT.

Stockholm Innovation and Growth (STING) has notified the Board of Directors of REHACT that it intends to subscribe for 361,407 shares in REHACT through the warrant issued to STING in 2008. In view of the ongoing distribution issue of units, the parties have agreed that the exercise of the option shall be settled after the end of the distribution issue.

REHACT is currently conducting a limited distribution issue of units in order to provide the company with expansion capital and to increase the number of long-term shareholders. A unit consists of discounted shares and convertible debentures with an annual interest rate of 9.75%. The convertibles may on four occasions during the term of the loan be converted into shares at a fixed subscription price of SEK 1.00.

Subscriptions for the issue have been made significantly faster than in the oversubscribed issue that the company carried out in 2011.

The distribution issue is open until 16 November. Subscription form, full terms and memorandums are available on www.aktietorget.se, www.aktieinvest.se and www.rehact.se
