Fastator sells SBK Svenska Bostadskompaniet, 20% above book value

Fastator has entered into an agreement to sell its holding in SBK Svenska Bostadskompaniet AB at a value approximately 20% above book value as at 31 March 2022.
The sale represents an increase in value of approximately 60% of Fastator's shares since the investment in February 2021. As a result of the sale, Fastator will receive approximately SEK 140 million in cash.
The transaction is based on an underlying property value of approximately SEK 630m. The buyer is Gladsheim Fastigheter and the closing date is 30 June 2022.
