Variable remuneration to the company executive management is based on measurable factors, for example the company performance and share-price development. Variable remuneration is a maximum of six months salary.
For the 2017 fiscal year, no variable remuneration was paid out.
Fixed salary and severance pay during period of notice is maximum equivalent to two years fixed salary.
Stock options in Fastator are priced based on the Black & Scholes model.
Stock option program 2015/20
Fastator emitted on 14 December 2015, 650 000 stock options with the right to acquire one new share per stock option during the period 2020-12-01 – 2020-12-31 at a subsription price of 43,05 kronor.
Stock option program 2016/20
Fastator emitted on 10 May 2016, 420 000 stock options with the right to acquire one new share per stock option during the period 2020-12-01 – 2020-12-31 at a subsription price of 46,60 kronor.
